The room was a executive double room. It was comfortable and clean. The Hotel position is great for walking to the center. Staff was super nice. They offered local advise.

The receptionist checked the minibar and said all was in order. I then got an email accusing me of taking an item. The hotel admitted their mistake. This should not have happened.

The hotel room was very quiet. I thought I was the only guest. I also enjoyed a very nice breakfast. The elevators operated quickly and quietly. The staff were friendly. They went out of their way to.

The air conditioning system was centrally controlled , so I could not adjust the temperature in my room.
